DNR Dataset License Agreement (68 KB) - This agreement is between the Licensor (Maryland Department of Natural Resources) and the Licensee (data user), acknowledging the request for data. Herein are the terms and conditions set by the Licensor in reference to the proper use, handling and disposal of the data, by the Licensee.
ESRGC Dataset Distribution Agreement (36 KB) - This agreement is between the Distributor (ESRGC) and the Distributee (data user), acknowledging the request for data. Herein are the terms and conditions set by the Distributor in reference to the proper use, handling and disposal of the data, by the Distributee.
Worcester Image/Raster Dataset Order Form (40 KB) - The order form is where specifications of the order are made. The requested data tiles and any special instructions for the deliverable data are to be included on the order form. Fee calculations can be made on this form, or you can email us at esrgc@salisbury.edu, with your order and we can calculate the price for you.
Worcester Image/Raster Dataset Fee Schedule (36 KB) - This schedule illustrates the breakdown of fees for the datasets. It describes the reproduction fees, data maintenance fees, special processing fees and user classifications.

We currently offer the following Worcester County spatial datasets for distribution:
- 1:2,400 County-wide true color orthophotography, 2004. (TIFF and MrSID image format available)
- 1:12,000 County-wide grayscale orthophotography, 1998.
- 1:12,000 County-wide false color orthophotography, 1990.

Data Grid Indexes
County-wide 1:2400 scale Orthophotography
The catalog of available image tiles are presented on the Index Map right. Each tile is labeled with an alpha-numerical index identifier according to the State of Maryland 1200m x 1800m grid index.
1:12000 scale Quarter Quadrants
The catalog of the available image tiles are presented on the Index Map left. Each tile is labeled quarter-quad name. Each tile represents an approximate 5400m x 7000m.
Dataset Examples
This is an example area of the County-wide 1:2400 scale Orthophotography. The resolution of these images are 10 inches/pixel. This means that each pixel in the image represents 10 sq. inches in the real world.
This is an example area of the County-wide 1:12000 scale Orthophotography. The resolution of these images are 1 meter/pixel. This means that each pixel in the image represents 1 sq. meter in the real world.
This is an example area of the County-wide 1:12000 scale Orthophotography. The resolution of these images are 1.25 meters/pixel. This means that each pixel in the image represents 1.25 sq. meters in the real world.
